Warranty Information:

1. Coverage:

  • What Is Covered:
    • All parts and framework of the kiosk.
    • Parts costs for the first year at no cost to the customer.
  • What Is NOT Covered:
    • Shipping expenses.
    • Physical damage, whether intentional or due to accident or neglect.
    • Stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, or unsanitary, damaged, or soiled conditions.

2. Implied Warranty & Other Damages:

Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1-year portion of this limited warranty.

3. Liability and Damages:

By making a purchase, you agree that LEDKioskDisplay will not be liable for any items damaged and/or lost while en route to the specified address. In no case will LEDKioskDisplay be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict/product liability. This includes, without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses.

4. Obtaining Warranty Service:

  • Provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
  • Obtain a return authorization number before shipping products to a service center.
  • Contact LEDKioskDisplay Customer Service at 1-888-588-5411 for service advice or to obtain an RMA number.
